SUPERHERO ROCK ‘N’ RUN EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION OPENS THIS FRIDAY!

Thousands of superheroes join our annual Superhero Challenge/5K, and this Friday, March 20th, you can save $5 on registration with our Early Bird Special!

This year, we’re leveling up the Challenge! Log your miles, win weekly raffles, and test your superpowers in our brand-new categories—there’s something for everyone, from runners to cyclists.

Challenges kick off April 1st, and the 5K finale is May 30th at Barton. Are you ready to rise to the challenge? The registration link will be on our website and social media posts Friday!

All month long, local businesses across the Hudson Valley are coming together to support Sparrow’s Nest and the neighbors we serve!

Join us this Saturday at J.McLaughlin Boutique in Rhinebeck—shop for yourself and a portion of all sales will go to The Nest. And don’t miss the other ways to give back this March:

  • Pizza Fridays at Giacomo’s and Pomodoro’s

  • Drinks from Ready Coffee

  • A Sparrow Sundae  at Zoe’s Ice Cream Barn

  • and a Sparrow candle from T&M Rustic

So many incredible local partners are helping make a difference—come out and show your support!

To help you follow along, we’ve created a Month of the Sparrow landing page where you can browse everything happening throughout March. It’s an easy way to discover new businesses, enjoy local events, and support Sparrow’s Nest at the same time.

Our Brick Store will close on Sunday, March 29, making this the last opportunity for several years to order a commemorative brick. We plan to place these bricks in the ground this Spring, so don’t miss your chance to honor a loved one, celebrate a milestone, or leave a lasting legacy at Sparrow’s Nest—order your brick before it’s too late..
