We have only ONE informational meeting left to learn more about Team Sparrow Memphis.

Wednesday, February 4, 6:30 PM – At the Nest

If joining Team Sparrow has been on your “maybe someday” list, this is your chance to see how one decision can change your life—and the life of a local person facing cancer.

We’re heading to Memphis on December 5th to run in support of people facing cancer and the families we serve. With 3, 6, 13, and 26-mile distances to choose from, there is something for everyone.

Every course runs through St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an emotional and powerful experience. In honor of the children we serve who have received care there, Sparrow’s Nest will also make a donation to St. Jude as part of this journey.

…And here’s the heart of it:Through fundraising, YOU will feed someone facing cancer for an entire year. 

You must join the team by February 11, which makes this final meeting incredibly important.

One more thing—this is not a team of elite runners.This is the land of misfit toys: big-hearted humans, many with zero fitness experience, showing up because they care.

And honestly? That’s exactly the kind of team we want.

Dress Down Day 2026

Dress Down Day is March 27th, and if history tells us anything… we know you will have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) if you forget to order.Each year, more than 3,500 pieces of Sparrow’s Nest apparel are snapped up—and for good reason.

Our apparel is soft-soft, your purchase feeds someone facing cancer and wearing our clothing spreads awareness!!! Triple whammy!!! New this year we’re introducing caps and winter hats featuring our logo on a leather patch—yes, they’re as awesome looking as they sound.
