WHO WE ARE RAISING THE ROOF FOR
At Sparrow's Nest, we cook and deliver meals to people facing cancer across the Hudson Valley- so they can focus on healing.
Over 1,200,000 fresh servings of food have been prepared and delivered to over 5,000 neighbors across the Hudson Valley.
The average cancer patient uses our services for 14 months, saving the family more than $7,500 in food costs in a year.
With annual operating costs of $1.5 million, we depend on the generosity of our community to ensure we never have to turn anyone away.
It costs just $50 to provide two nourishing trays of food to a household facing a cancer diagnosis.
Every dollar raised during Roof-A-Thon helps put nourishing meals on the table for a person facing a cancer diagnosis.
Because no one should face cancer alone.
